The UAE national minifootball team won an exciting friendly match against Costa Rica with a score of 3-0. The match took place on Thursday in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

Mohamed Al-Suwaidi was the star of the game. He scored two amazing goals for the UAE team. Another goal was added by Mansour Ibrahim, helping the team secure a strong win.

This friendly match is part of the UAE team's training camp in Azerbaijan. The camp comes right after their participation in the Mini Football World Cup, which will end on June 1.

The team is also preparing for another friendly match. This second game is expected to happen within the next two days. After that, the team will return to the UAE on June 2.

Minifootball is a fast and exciting version of regular football. It is played by two teams of five players on a smaller field. This makes the game more active and easy for many people to enjoy and play.

In more good news, the UAE will be hosting the first-ever Arab Mini-Football Championship in 2026. This big event will bring together many teams from across the Arab world to compete and celebrate the growing popularity of minifootball.
