Vivo Unveils X300 and X300 Pro: Elevating India’s Smartphone Market

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Vivo is all set to disrupt India’s premium smartphone arena with the upcoming launch of its X300 series on December 2. This collection includes the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, showcasing flagship-level performance with a strong emphasis on advanced photography. Indian consumers will be treated to a special Red edition of the X300, exclusive to this market.

Display and Performance

The standard X300 is outfitted with a 6.31-inch flat BOE Q10 Plus LTPO OLED display, achieving 1.5K resolution and a slick 120Hz adaptive refresh rate for captivating visuals. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, it can feature up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The robust 6,040mAh battery is complemented by 90W wired and 40W wireless charging options, providing users with long-lasting power and quick recharge capabilities.

The X300 Pro, on the other hand, enhances the experience with a larger 6.78-inch display, while keeping the same 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Flagship performance is assured with the Dimensity 9500 chip, paired with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. With a larger 6,510mAh battery, this model easily supports extensive usage. Both variants are IP68/IP69 rated and come equipped with ultrasonic fingerprint technology.

Camera Features

Photography is the highlight of the X300 series, featuring the X300 with a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens that offers 3X optical and 100X digital zoom, bolstered by Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip developed with Zeiss.

The X300 Pro raises the stakes with a sophisticated camera system that includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary lens, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a remarkable 200MP periscope telephoto camera equipped with 3.5X optical and 100X digital zoom. Dual imaging technologies, the V3+ and VS1, improve AI processing, color fidelity, and low-light capabilities, granting users professional-grade photography in the form of a smartphone.

Design and Color Options

While the Pro model is available in elegant Gold and Black hues, the X300 offers a vibrant Red edition exclusively for Indian consumers, enhancing its premium aesthetic. This lineup embodies Vivo’s commitment to blending style, high-end performance, and innovative camera solutions tailored for the Indian audience.
