The signing ceremony took place in London during the Abu Dhabi Investment Forum, with Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), and Mansoor Abulhoul, UAE Ambassador to the United Kingdom, in attendance.
