Dubai Chamber Drives Business Growth and Global Expansion

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Dubai Chamber of Commerce continues to solidify Dubai’s reputation as a global business hub, reporting significant achievements in the first nine months of 2025. During this period, 53,838 new companies joined the chamber, reflecting a steady 4% increase compared to last year and reaffirming the city’s appeal for international investors.

Export and trade activities surged, with member exports and re-exports reaching AED 260 billion, up 16% year-on-year. The chamber issued 627,908 Certificates of Origin and processed 3,743 ATA Carnets worth approximately AED 3.69 billion. Meanwhile, 90 local companies received support for international expansion, marking a 20% increase over 2024.

The chamber also strengthened Dubai’s legislative ecosystem, reviewing 42 laws and draft laws, and achieving a 64% adoption rate for private sector recommendations. With 223 meetings, 25 legal events, and 146 mediation cases totaling over AED 230 million, Dubai Chamber has actively facilitated a transparent and efficient business environment.

The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses expanded its services with new advisory offerings, the launch of the first family business advisor directory, and advanced training programmes. 29 participants graduated from the Family Business Management Programme, while two Next-Gen sessions and four Governance Series events equipped the next generation with leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Dubai Chamber’s achievements during these nine months underline its critical role in fostering sustainable growth, enhancing investor confidence, and promoting Dubai’s position as a leading global business destination.
