Dubai SUP 2025 Returns Bigger at Scenic Hatta Dam

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Dubai’s beloved outdoor fitness event, the Dubai Stand Up Paddle (SUP), is returning for its biggest edition yet at the picturesque Hatta Dam this November 8-9. As part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, this year’s event promises a perfect mix of sport, adventure, and relaxation, attracting fitness enthusiasts of all ages.

After last year’s remarkable turnout of over 2,300 participants, Dubai SUP 2025 expands into a full two-day experience. Nestled against the stunning Hajar Mountains, the event allows visitors to escape city life and enjoy calm waters while gliding across the dam on a paddleboard. First-timers and experienced paddlers alike can join, with all equipment—including boards, paddles, and life jackets—provided.

Participants can also take advantage of free SUP training sessions tailored for adults and families, ensuring everyone feels confident on the water. In addition, complimentary kayaking will be offered to all registered SUP participants. Single kayaks are available for individuals 17 and older, while doubles allow younger participants when accompanied by an adult.

The event goes beyond water sports, offering visitors a chance to explore Hatta’s natural beauty with activities like hiking, ziplining, and local dining experiences. As the day winds down, Sunset Yoga sessions on the water provide a serene end to the action-packed schedule, combining wellness, mindfulness, and breathtaking views.

Inclusivity remains a central theme, with adaptive water activities available for People of Determination. This ensures that participants of all abilities can take part safely and enjoyably, making Dubai SUP 2025 a true celebration of fitness, community, and nature.
