Abu Dhabi, UAE – 5 January 2026 — As women throughout the UAE step into the new year with aspirations for clarity, balance, and meaningful growth, FIVE by Sisterhood is rolling out a thoughtfully designed series of January experiences aimed at fostering intentional development, wellness, and authentic connections.
Shifting from resolution-driven hustle, the January programme signifies an emerging trend towards sustainable success anchored in community support, structured guidance, and self-leadership. By engaging in leadership training, purposeful networking, and restorative wellness, FIVE by Sisterhood is crafting environments where women can pause, recalibrate, and stride confidently into the new year.
The initiative commences on Wednesday, 7 January, with the debut of the Action Accelerator Circle (AAC) — a novel 90-day leadership mastermind and the third tier of the Sisterhood Collective membership. Open to women throughout the region, AAC caters to seasoned professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are ambitious yet find themselves feeling overwhelmed or trapped in relentless execution.
In contrast to standard courses, the Action Accelerator Circle serves as a high-accountability mastermind that tackles real-life leadership dilemmas. Over 90 days, participants undergo a systematic journey of reset and clarity, engaging in bi-weekly sessions that focus on strategic planning, delegation, systems management, leadership enhancement, and maintaining momentum. The programme encompasses live troubleshooting, dedicated hot-seat opportunities, and workshops tailored to the evolving needs of the group.
AAC aims to empower women to transition from handling all responsibilities alone to embracing clear, proactive leadership. By the conclusion of the programme, participants typically emerge with focused priorities, enhanced confidence, diminished decision fatigue, and measurable progress in their careers or businesses — fostering growth that prioritises freedom rather than constriction.
Following this, Ignite in Five, a dynamic women's speed networking event, is scheduled for Tuesday, 13 January, at The Lighthouse, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This event emphasizes meaningful connections over mere transactions, bringing women together for rapid five-minute discussions that can ignite collaboration, opportunities, or lasting friendships.
Set to take place from 6:45pm to 8:45pm, the evening will feature a welcome drink, curated giveaways, and a complimentary gift for each participant. With limited seating, Ignite in Five presents a spirited yet intentional avenue for expanding networks while starting the year on a connected note. Tickets are available for AED 120.
Completing the January lineup, FIVE by Sisterhood will conduct a wellness-themed evening on Thursday, 23 January, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, at FS8, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi, priced at AED 175. This session merges Pilates with sound healing, providing an opportunity for women to reconnect with their bodies and soothe their nerves post-holiday stress.
FS8's signature approach incorporates Pilates, toning, and yoga into a comprehensive experience that energizes and restores, thus paving the way for both physical release and mental clarity.
Collectively, these January initiatives embody FIVE by Sisterhood’s larger vision: to create purposeful spaces where women can thrive, connect, and lead with transparency, supported by community, structure, and authentic conversations.
