DOJ Unveils Trump’s Frequent Flights on Epstein’s Private Jet

Post by : Meena Hassan

Recently released documents from the Department of Justice indicate that former US President Donald Trump took at least eight trips on Jeffrey Epstein's private aircraft between 1993 and 1996. An internal email from January 2020 reveals that Trump's travel on Epstein's jet was more frequent than initially believed.

The email outlines that Trump is recorded on flight documentation for a minimum of eight occasions, including four instances when Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's close aide, was accompanying him. It also mentions his travels with family, including Marla Maples, Tiffany Trump, and Eric Trump.

The records list specific flights: one in 1993 identified only Trump and Epstein as the travelers. Another flight included Epstein, Trump, and a 20-year-old individual whose identity has been kept confidential. Two additional trips featured women who could potentially serve as witnesses in Maxwell’s legal proceedings.

Maxwell was convicted in 2022 for serious charges including sex trafficking involving minors and received a 20-year prison sentence.

The DOJ clarified that several of the sensational allegations regarding Trump in connection with the Epstein files are unfounded, stating that if credible evidence existed, it would have long been public.

In reaction to the revelations, Trump called them a diversion from the accomplishments of his campaign and party.

This disclosure follows new regulations mandating the unveiling of Epstein-related documents, despite prior attempts to keep this information under wraps.
