He said judicial experts play a vital role in assisting judges by providing technical evidence and professional opinions in cases that require specialized knowledge. Their reports help courts examine technical aspects of disputes, speed up legal proceedings, and contribute to the timely issuance of judgments. The ministry emphasized that expert opinions remain an important pillar in ensuring effective justice across the country.
The Ministry of Justice reaffirmed its commitment to expanding the national pool of qualified experts through its Experts Department. It said the ministry continues to support highly skilled professionals who can contribute to Qatar's comprehensive development across multiple sectors while meeting the evolving needs of judicial authorities.
The ministry also stated that it is working to build an integrated environment that supports the development of a leading national expertise system. As part of this effort, it will continue introducing new areas of specialization in line with the requirements of courts and other competent authorities.
The addition of 15 newly accredited judicial experts is expected to strengthen the technical support available to courts across Qatar. By expanding expertise in engineering, finance, real estate, banking, and social services, the Ministry of Justice aims to improve the efficiency of legal proceedings and ensure judges have access to reliable professional assessments in complex cases.
Judicial experts provide independent technical evaluations in cases involving specialized subjects that require professional knowledge beyond legal expertise. Their reports help judges better understand technical issues, enabling faster case resolution and supporting fair and effective judicial decisions.
