Suhana Khan Gets Action Training from Shah Rukh Khan for ‘King’

Post by : Meena Hassan

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan is set to star alongside his daughter Suhana Khan in the eagerly awaited film ‘King’. The superstar is taking a hands-on approach by personally training her for intense action scenes. The film's set has been transformed into a dedicated training arena, highlighting Shah Rukh's commitment to coaching Suhana.

This news emerged during a recent event organized by Danube Properties in Dubai, which Shah Rukh attended with his director friend Farah Khan. During a heartfelt exchange on stage, Farah disclosed that Shah Rukh has been instrumental in Suhana's preparation for film ‘King’. Clips of their interaction rapidly gained traction on social media.

Farah also commended Shah Rukh’s son, Aryan Khan, for his directorial efforts in the web series *The Ba**ds of Bollywood*. She underscored Suhana’s work ethic, stating, “Aryan has done amazing work with his web series. Suhana is putting in tremendous effort for King, and I know you’re personally training her in action,” with Shah Rukh affirming her words with a nod and smile.

Suhana debuted in Bollywood in 2023 with Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘The Archies’ alongside Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor. Now, she prepares for her second major role in ‘King’, where expectations are sky-high for her performance paired with her father's iconic presence.

The film's initial look and title teaser were released on Shah Rukh's milestone 60th birthday, presenting him in a darker, more complex character executing thrilling stunts. He described his role as “fascinating, morally ambiguous, and a killer who acts without hesitation.” The screenplay is crafted by Siddharth Anand and Sujay Ghosh, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures.

‘King’ features an impressive cast, including Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma.

With a scheduled release in 2026, the film promises a captivating blend of action and drama, leaving fans excited to see this legendary father-daughter duo on screen.
