UAE Firmly Condemns Mosque Bombing in Homs, Syria

Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has firmly denounced a terrorist attack that targeted a mosque in Homs, Syria, resulting in the loss of innocent lives and injuries to many.

In a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UAE condemned such violent actions unequivocally. The Ministry reiterated the nation's unwavering position against terrorism in every form, emphasizing that such acts jeopardize security and disrupt peaceful coexistence.

The release highlighted the particularly abhorrent nature of attacks on houses of worship, which target civilians and disregard the sanctity of sacred spaces. The UAE stressed that there is no justification for violence and extremism, advocating for a united international response.

The Ministry extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the families affected by this tragedy. It conveyed solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic's government and people, wishing a speedy recovery to those injured.

The UAE continues to advocate for global collaboration against terrorism and to safeguard civilians, while fostering peace, tolerance, and stability in the region and worldwide.
