Manga Productions, operating under the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), has struck a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Housing Company (NHC) during Cityscape Global 2025. This collaboration seeks to amplify synergy in the creative and media sectors, focusing on promoting NHC’s corporate identity and lifestyle quality through original initiatives and media content.
The MoU specifies a range of cooperative endeavors. The two entities will investigate artistic media partnerships, evaluate initiatives aimed at displaying the quality of life at NHC sites, and work together to generate visually innovative content that captures the essence of these locations. This content is intended for both local and regional audiences to boost awareness and interaction with NHC communities.
Additionally, the partnership will look into the assessment and execution of collaborative events and activities across NHC regions. Such initiatives are crafted to improve community engagement and open up creative and cultural opportunities for residents. The partnership will also examine avenues in publishing and creative marketing, strengthening both organizations’ corporate presence while aligning with mutual goals.
Dr. Essam Bukhary, CEO of Manga Productions, expressed that this MoU signifies an essential leap toward merging the creative arts and real estate sectors in Saudi Arabia. He noted that creative content can significantly enrich the visual and cultural landscape of NHC destinations, enhancing community experiences while fostering innovative awareness.
The initiative is in sync with Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes enhancing life quality and advancing creative industries. By leveraging innovative media and content strategies, the partnership contributes to the Kingdom’s broader ambitions of promoting community involvement, cultural enrichment, and economic growth through creative initiatives.
Through this agreement, both Manga Productions and NHC are set to craft impactful experiences for both residents and visitors. By merging expertise in real estate and creative media, they aim to spotlight the distinctiveness of NHC regions, bolster engagement, and positively impact community wellness and cultural awareness.
The MoU between Manga Productions and NHC highlights the potential benefits of alliances that merge creative fields with urban development. This collaboration pledges to deliver innovative content, captivating events, and fresh initiatives that boost the profile of NHC destinations, enrich community life, and support Saudi Arabia’s vision of a prosperous, culturally rich, and high-quality living space.
